Ciara was interviewed beifely on the red carpet at Clive Davis’s Pre-Grammy Gala. She spoke about the night and the shocking death of singer, Whitney Houston. She tells the reporter how Whitney has inspired her and how she will continue to learn and study her.

We also learn that Ciara is a big Adele fan and that she unfortunately will not be attending the Grammys tomorrow.

RIP Whitney Houston. A Legend lost:( Her voice was insurmountable, her smile was illuminating, she was truly one of a kind and a huge inspiration to me. She has always had sweet and fun words to say to me. I will cherish the moment I was able to share with her, forever. This is truly unbelievable. My prayers and condolences to her family at this sad time.
